Return policy
We want you to absolutely love our items. This is why we offer returns so that you can easily buy other items that you love more or fits you better.
For our returns we only ask that the following requirements are met:
- The parcel is being returned within 14-days after delivery date.
- Item/s must be in original condition with tags and hygiene seal remaining in place. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition.
- Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them. We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the bikini in the provided packaging for protection.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We only accept returns that are provided with a track and trace code. These costs will be deducted of the total order amount. So you will receive a refund minus the return shipping costs.
We will not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
How do I return my item?
- Click here to go to our return portal and start your return.
- Please include the packing slip in your shipment. If you've lost it contact us and we will email you a new one so that you can print it out and include it into your shipment.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided with the original shipment. This can also be found on the packaging slip. If you lost it, please contact us.
- Once we've received your return, we will inspect the item(s). if they meet our requirements we will proceed to pay your refund (minus the return fee).
- If the return is not accepted based on the requirements stated above, the shipment will be returned to you at your own expense.
In the event of a faulty item
In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, let us know within 48 hours from the delivery by contacting our customer service via email, or via the contact page. Please title the subject of the email with "faulty item".
- Include your order number and an image of the fault in the email.
- Once we received your email we will inspect the fault, if the item is deemed faulty it will be replaced with store credit in the form of a giftcard. We will cover the costs of shipping for the new order.
